In today's story I would like to introduce you to a new online store that I discovered recently, OK Dress. The website offers a wide range of dresses for all special and glamorous occasions -- wedding dresses, prom dresses, evening dresses, cocktail dresses, little black dresses, red carpet dresses, and so on. Besides that, accessories are also available -- wedding accessories, jewelry, shoes, bags. I was browsing the website to have a look at the dresses available at OKDress.uk.com and I saw some stunning outfits, which I would like to share with you today.

Prom Dresses from Milly Bridal UK
Milly Bridal UK is a British online shop that offers dresses for all glamorous occasions – wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, evening dresses, cocktail dresses, prom dresses, ball gowns, and so on. I was browsing the website recently and for today’s story I thought to put together a feature on prom dresses available at Milly Bridal UK – long and short prom dresses. I’m not at prom age, and maybe neither are most of the readers of this blog, but the beauty of these dresses is that prom is not the only special occasion when you can sparkle wearing one of these dresses – they are pretty versatile not only for prom, but also as evening or cocktail dresses, and if I were to purchase one of them, I would love to wear it to a wedding or to a glamorous party for instance.
The holiday season is already over and everybody is back from vacation, resuming their school and work schedules as usual. But the next holiday, Valentine’s Day, is just around the corner, and it’s not too early to get ready for the romantic day, when we can shine in one of these gorgeous dresses.
What do you think of these dresses, do you like any of these?
Have a great weekend everyone!

New Year's Eve Outfit Suggestions from DressFashion.co.uk
Hello everyone, I hope you had a fabulous Christmas, and now the next party that everybody is getting ready for is New Year's Eve, which is just around the corner, a few days away! Have you already decided upon your outfit for the biggest party of the year? I have RSVP'd to a New Year's Eve party with friends this year, and I'll be wearing a black bandage dress. For today's story I thought to come up with a few suggestions for the New Year celebration, and I browsed DressFashion.co.uk, a British online shop that retails elegant dresses for all occasions (evening dresses, cocktail dresses, wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, etc.) for some inspiration. The good part about these dresses is that they can be worn to other occasions as well, not just to the New Year's Eve party.
What do you think of these dresses?
Happy Holidays everyone!

Cocktail Dresses from DressFashion.co.uk
We are one week away from Christmas, and everybody is making plans regarding the holiday parties and the outfits to be worn at those parties. I was browsing DressFashion.co.uk for some inspiration the other day, and I had a look at the cocktail dresses available on the website, so I thought to share a few ideas with you in today's story, since cocktail dresses can be successfully worn during the holiday season.

Bridesmaid Dresses from DressFashion.co.uk
As you may remember, I was writing about DressFashion.co.uk, a British online store, in a couple of my previous stories. It's an online retailer of dresses for all occasions -- wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, evening dresses, cocktail dresses, ball gowns, etc. I was showcasing some ball gowns and some wedding dresses in my previous stories about DressFashion.co.uk, and for today I had another story idea -- I would like to show you a few bridesmaid dresses, which I find gorgeous. Bridesmaid dresses don't have to be ugly, like an old (and unnecessary) wedding tradition tells us. What I love about these bridesmaid dresses the most, besides the fact that one can be a gorgeous BFF wearing one of them on the bride's big day, is that these dresses can be worn for other glamorous occasions, say weddings, when you're not a bridesmaid, but just an invitee. And I also love that these dresses are really long, floor long, which makes them that much more beautiful.

First Communion Dresses for the Daughter That I Didn't Have
When I was younger and making plans for the future, I have always imagined myself as having a family and being the mother of a daughter. All women in my family had daughters. My maternal grandmother had two daughters and a son. My paternal grandmother had two sons and a daughter. My mom had two daughters. My sister has a daughter and a son. My aunts have both daughters and sons. So I always imagined myself as a future mother of a daughter. It seemed genetically natural to me that God would gift me with a daughter, just like He did to all the other women in my family.
Then I started my own family and became pregnant. My wish was to have a daughter, a little girl whom I would have named Laura. I meant to name her after the Godmother to be, a close friend of mine whose name is Laura and who agreed to become my child’s Godmother when the time for christening came. At the beginning of my pregnancy, I was hoping it would be a girl. I liked to imagine the shopping sprees that I would do for my little girl, buying her colorful dresses and cute skirts. I liked to imagine how I would dress her up for parties and events. I liked to imagine how she would have a long beautiful hair, and how I would style her hair in girly braids tied with frilly bows every day. I wanted her to be my little fashionista, my little princess. I wanted to express my fashion style not only with my own clothes, but also by dressing up my daughter.
However, as my pregnancy developed, my instincts were telling me otherwise – it would be a boy, and not a girl. I could tell it would be a boy. My body could tell it would be boy. All my guts were telling me it would be a boy. And because I wanted to have a daughter, I was trying to ignore my instincts and I was hoping that by some miracle it could be a girl. When I was four months pregnant, I had my first ultrasound and I wanted to find out the sex of the baby, but the results of the ultrasound were inconclusive, so I had to wait for another month and for another ultrasound to find out the sex of the baby. When I was five months pregnant, I went for the second ultrasound. I hoped up until the very last moment that maybe it would be a girl, even though all my instincts were telling me it would be a boy. Moms always know, even when they don’t want to admit that they know. Finally, it was the day of the ultrasound, and I was very impatient to know – is it a boy, is it a girl? Is it a little prince, is it a little princess? Turned out, it was a boy, and so Alex came into my life. My husband John was very happy to learn we were going to have a son. I wanted a daughter, and he wanted a son, so the good news here was that at least one of us would have been extremely happy to learn the results of the ultrasound and the sex of the baby.
By the time Alex was born, four months later, I had already gotten used to the idea that I would have a son, and not a daughter, and I welcomed him into my life with all my love, just like I would have done with a daughter, with Laura. If I had a daughter, she would have been seven years now. It would have been time for her first communion, and I would have looked for beautiful first holy communion dresses for my daughter. Recently I became aware of a British online shop, Aisle Style, that offers high quality custom-made communion dresses for girls. I browsed the website, and I saw some amazing white communion dresses, which I would like to share with you today. The girls who model the communion dresses on the Aisle Style website look like veritable little princesses. Looking at those photos with girls wearing first communion dresses, I couldn’t help but imagine my own daughter that I didn’t have, my Laura, coming of communion age and wearing one of these dresses for her first holy communion.

Beautiful Dresses from StyleWe
I love wearing dresses regardless the season of the year. The dresses are my favorites, and I try to wear them as much as possible, in as many occasions as possible, be it work, casual going out or more special events. Last month I started a new job, and thus I took the opportunity to wear all my dresses at my new job, but also to take it as a fresh scene where I have never worn them before, so for the first few weeks I really enjoyed wearing my dresses at the new place, now that I have a new job and new colleagues.
Recently I was browsing the online shop StyleWe.com and I noticed they have a lot of great dresses which got my attention instantly. I have seen many other fashion bloggers writing about StyleWe or collaborating with the online shop, so it also got my curiosity and I found myself browsing the website a few times. I also discovered their blog, as well as their Youtube channel, and over the next few days I will take more time to read the blog and watch some of the videos.
Today I would like to share with you a few dresses from StyleWe that I found interesting and that would refresh any wardrobe, no matter the season of the year, be it spring or fall.
Which of these do you like the most?
